Certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT)

Must-Have: Experience in X-ray and MRI preferred for day shift. Night shift requires CT/X-ray experience.

Description: The department has 3 CT rooms. Candidates may need to float to X-ray during overnight shifts and MRI during day shifts. Common types of imaging include CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, and stroke angiography studies. A fast-paced environment requires excellent patient care skills. Candidates should be self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Accepting challenges and displaying compassion is important in this role. Artificial nails are prohibited in departments providing patient care. Refusal to comply will result in contract termination. Weekend call is required approximately once every 6 weeks. Weeknight call is needed about 3-4 nights per month when fully staffed. Additional shifts may be required if staffing levels are low. RTO must be limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract duration. Additional RTO will not be approved after submissions. The department utilizes EPIC for electronic medical records and McKesson for PACS. Department equipment includes Siemens CT scanners. Complying with the radius rule is mandatory, restricting candidates from being employed at specific facilities. Holiday responsibilities include coverage for 2 holidays per year.
