As demand continues to surge across North America, we are seeking a driven Outside Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Position Overview

As our Outside Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial sales strategy. You will be responsible for expanding our presence among General Contractors, Builders, Developers, Distributors, and Home Improvement Centers, as well as select high-end residential clients.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on opportunity for an energetic sales professional with strong building industry contacts and a track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Expansion: Develop and execute strategic business plans to market and sell luxury iron doors, windows, and gates to multi-tiered commercial accounts across CA, NV, and AZ.
• Relationship & Network Building: Join and actively engage in local/regional home builder associations and commercial networking groups to build brand presence.
• Trade Shows & Events: Identify, attend, and represent Lion Iron Doors at high-visibility trade shows, home shows, and industry events.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate high-volume sales contracts, multi-tiered pricing models, and distributor agreements.
• Market Insights: Gather feedback from job sites and commercial clients to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal design, manufacturing, logistics, and executive teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel to Clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry Experience: Proven track record of selling building materials, architectural products, or home improvement goods to commercial accounts.
• Established Network: Working relationships with regional Contractors, Builders, Developers, and Distributors in the South Southwest market.
• Building Knowledge: Solid understanding of residential/commercial construction fundamentals, local building codes, and regional installation practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience utilizing modern CRM and sales management software to track pipelines, leads, and account growth.
• Communication & Drive: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a goal-oriented, high-urgency mindset.
