As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between manufacturing operations and executive leadership in order to improve efficiency and streamline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. This role provides the opportunity to expand upon your FP&A and manufacturing finance experience and could potentially evolve into a broader finance leadership role. Apply today! Who you are Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred. 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing required. Strong understanding of P&L, standard costing, and operational finance. Advanced systems experience; large ERP experience is a plus. Strong executive presence and presentation skills. What you’ll do Lead corporate FP&A, including forecasting, headcount planning, and budgeting. Prepare reporting packages and materials for executive and board meetings. Provide detailed financial modeling, insights, and recommendations to drive growth and cost discipline. Partner with Sales and Marketing on demand assessments, ROI analysis, product strategy, and profitability reviews. Develop standard costing, analyze variances, support inventory forecasting, and evaluate capital investments. What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $100,000–$140,000 per year.
