Activity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility Computer knowledge Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full-time, First shift, every other weekend Work today; Get paid today option Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO) Career growth opportunities and professional development Complete Care at Burlington Woods is an equal opportunity employer.
