Warranty Administrator (Part Time) - Motorcycles of Charlotte

Job Description We are searching for someone who can complete the following duties: Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring full compliance Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure warranty documentation is complete Keep in contact with customers while service is being done Filling out repair orders Cashiering customers Able to assist with administrative tasks as necessary - PC skills are a plus Outgoing, personable and approachable with a clear speaking voice. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus Able to reliably work Tuesday through Saturday -- minimum of 8-hours per day A High School graduate (or GED) Service experience is helpful but not necessary.
