Join our team as a Night Auditor and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and is ready to embrace the challenges of night shift operations. Summary: Perform front desk duties including guest check-ins, check-outs, and related transactions during the night shift Process guest payments and maintain accurate records Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns that arise during overnight hours Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively Join our team of hospitality professionals and contribute to our hotel's success during overnight hours.
