Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, preferably in the HVAC Unitary market. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with retail trade and consumer products. Experience with product launching planning and business strategy. Responsibilities Conduct market and vertical research to identify customer needs and industry trends related to HVAC products. Develop and manage product launching plan, ensuring timely delivery of new products and features to the market and channel. Collaborate with sales teams to define product launch plan with channel strategy. Analyze the region's competitors and market trends timely, and it needs to reflect planning and strategies. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback after product launching to make data-driven decisions for Go-To-Market strategy.
