About the Position

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Must have both Oregon and Washington licensure Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: OASIS experience Description: MUST HAVE BOTH OREGON AND WASHINGTON LICENSURE. Home Health RN for Hoor River and surrounding areas. The shift is 8-hour days. This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. Staffing ratios are 1:1. May visit up to 6 patients per day. 30 productivity points standard. First-timers accepted. No weekend requirements. No on-call requirements. Travelers will not need to float between units. Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The system does a good job grouping clients to minimize drive time. Maximum radius of roughly 60 miles per day. Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster. OASIS experience is required. Travelers are expected to adhere to all standard policies and practices. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Providers will need to submit mobile phone bills for work-related use if required by the assignment. Modules are completed pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported.
