Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Highland Springs Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our long-term care team in Highland Springs, Virginia.
Shifts:
- 11:00p-7:00a FT Monday to Friday and PT EOW

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Previous Supervisor experience
