Registered EEG Technologist

The Technologist performs in-home diagnostic testing on patients. The Technologist measures by means oftheinternational 10/20 system for EEG studies, to obtain data for use in the diagnosis of neurologicaldisorders. Job Responsibilities Complies with HIPPA regulations with regards to patient confidentiality. Must be able to travel up to 95%, drive to multiple locations, including out of state asnecessary. Professionally communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcareprofessionals. Follows the American Society of EEG Technology guidelines while ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards. Operates and manages equipment, takes detailed accurate patient history on patients. Job Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile and proof of insurance. 1 year of experience in the field is preferred. Registration through ABRET is preferred. Must be currently CPR certified. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to pull, push and carry up to 50 lbs. Must have strong communication skills, timely responses to requests from management, efficient,effective outside the box suggestions for improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hometown Neurodiagnostics
