This role is fully remote, allowing licensed professional counselors to connect with clients through our telehealth platform effectively.   • Manage and maintain a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport, trust, and therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess therapeutic progress, discuss emotional stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

  • Create, implement, and monitor detailed treatment plans that focus on each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, ensuring they are person-centered and effective.

  • Document all client interactions meticulously, keeping comprehensive progress notes and maintaining up-to-date records to comply with regulatory standards.

  • Perform intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and facilitate a seamless transition into therapeutic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and families coping with a variety of mental health challenges. By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts using a strengths-based and collaborative approach.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

  • Possession of a current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

  • A minimum of two years of experience providing services in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems, spreadsheets (Excel), and various software platforms, including RMS and Outlook.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with video conferencing tools is highly desirable.

  • Background in working with diverse populations or specialized areas of mental health care is an asset.

  • Ongoing participation in continuing education activities related to mental health is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians receive guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating the stress of waiting for reimbursements. Additionally, bonus opportunities are available, enhancing overall earning potential.
