Working primarily as an individual contributor or within a small to medium-sized team, this role focuses on the care, maintenance, and upkeep of landscaping features, ensuring safe and well-maintained grounds at a single site. The Groundskeeper utilizes powered landscaping equipment along with comprehensive knowledge of plant care, irrigation, pest control, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn maintenance and plant care
• Operate powered landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use
• Implement pest control measures to protect plant health
• Conduct grounds inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Remove waste and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping
