Senior Treasury Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst with experience to support corporate cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt, lease accounting, and insurance administration. This role is ideal for someone with strong cash management and banking experience who can perform detailed financial reconciliations, support leasing decisions, and assist with corporate insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Forecasting: Monitor daily cash positions, analyze bank activity, manage wire transfers, and prepare short-term cash forecasts to support liquidity and investment decisions.

• Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, user access, and banking documentation while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
\n
• Debt & Interest Accounting: Record debt-related activity in SAP, prepare journal entries, reconcile debt and interest accounts, and support audit requests.
\n
• Lease Accounting: Reconcile lease liabilities, support equipment leasing activities, and perform buy-versus-lease analyses to evaluate financial costs and benefits.
\n
• Insurance Accounting & Administration: Manage insurance claims, track risk management metrics, coordinate annual policy renewals with insurance brokers, and maintain insurance compliance documentation.

• Pension & Financial Risk Support: Assist with pension funding activities, collateral requirements, letters of credit, and surety bond needs.
\n
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, automate reporting, and strengthen financial accuracy and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
\n
• 3–5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
\n
• Strong cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking operations experience.
\n
• Hands-on experience with bank portals and wire transfers.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
\n
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliations and internal controls.
\n
• Experience with lease accounting, lease liability reconciliations, or equipment leasing analysis.
