Sam's Club #4917 646 River Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28117-0000 Position Summary As a Maintenance Associate, you help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This requires constant activity and a positive attitude to provide excellent service from start to finish. Responsibilities Thrive in fast‑paced environments. Take pride in your work. Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and placing orders when supplies are low. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
