Pay: $19/hr
Shift: 1st 6am-2:30pm
Location: Northwest Houston/Cypress, TX
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized.
Job Duties
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Prepare, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders for shipment.
- Compare products and quantities against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Enter and maintain shipping and receiving information in warehouse systems.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work day or night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
