Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and design tailored therapy plans to help them meet their functional objectives.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.

Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to offer holistic and comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapy strategies to facilitate ongoing improvement at home.

Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track to reaching their goals.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Mandatory NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.

A sincere passion for supporting others in achieving their maximum level of independence.
