Summary: The Department Pool RN responsibilities include: Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Responsible for professional accountability and development Position fills needs within the OR, CVOR, CVICU and Cath Lab departments For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room Specific Skills: Clinical skills appropriate to position Critical thinking skills Interpersonal skills Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) RN (Registered Nurse) ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department Preferred Nurse Specialty Education: Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing Preferred Bachelor's Nursing Experience: Required 18 months Acute Care/Specialty Facility: BayCare Health System, Surgery-SJHN Location: St Josephs North Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: Varies 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Shift: Shift 1 Shift 1 = Days, Shift 2 = Evenings, Shift 3 = Nights, Shift 4 = Varies On Call: Yes Does this position fall under CMS guidelines for COVID19 vaccine or exemption?: Yes - CMS Requirements Apply How often will this team member be working remotely?
