Fixed Asset Accountant

Fixed Asset Accountant Base pay range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. About the Role You’ll serve as the primary resource for all fixed asset–related activity. You’ll maintain accurate asset records, oversee depreciation, and ensure all additions, disposals, and transfers are properly documented and accounted for. You’ll also contribute significantly to monthly and annual close processes through journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. This role partners closely with teams across the business—procurement, operations, IT, and others—to ensure clear communication and alignment on asset activity. You’ll also support internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and providing explanations related to asset balances. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required) Approximately 3–5 years of accounting experience, including at least one year focused on fixed assets Strong knowledge of capitalization rules, depreciation methods, disposals, and US GAAP Why You’ll Want to Work Here We offer more than a job—we offer an environment where your expertise is valued and your growth is supported.
