Physical Therapist - Casual Call

Job Title

Plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with physical injuries, disabilities and disorders. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Administers and directs the use of physical agents and therapeutic techniques used in rehabilitation and physical medicine as prescribed by qualified provider.

Education Required: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Credential/Licensure Required:

• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
• Certificate, Bachelor, Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• To Apply: Must be eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Current State License from an accredited program for Physical Therapist
• BLS Certification; Wisconsin Driver's License

Shift: Working Casual Call, meaning work as needed at the Sturgeon Bay and Sister Bay locations.

Casual Call positions are offered an additional 10% differential on top of the base hourly rate.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or better in Physical Therapy. High School or better.

Licenses & Certifications: Required PHYSICAL THERAPIST. Preferred CERT BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
