Position Details Job Title: Nursing Supervisor Location: MMSC (600 River Road, Lakewood, NJ 08701) Department: Nursing Supervisors Shift: Evening, Per Diem Pay Range: $54.51 – $70.87 per hour (NJ) Qualifications Required: BSN required Minimum one year of leadership experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills BLS and ACLS AHA certification Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Preferred: 2–3 years of acute care experience preferred Scheduling Requirements Evening shift, Per Diem Essential Functions The Registered Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, upholding the ANA Code of Ethics. The Registered Nurse ensures safety in practice, incorporates evidence‑based practice, and advances knowledge through communication with resource persons and programs. The Registered Nurse reports identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors. The Registered Nurse understands the patient population served. The Registered Nurse supervises and delegates tasks to appropriate team members, collaborating with other patient care providers. The Registered Nurse sets and evaluates priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement. The Registered Nurse acts as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, integrating all aspects of care and individualizing the plan of care to address specific patient needs.
