Youll work alongside our culinary team in a professional, hospitality-focused environment, helping keep dishes, equipment and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service. Were looking for experienced candidates who understand the pace, teamwork and high standards of a quality hotel, resort or high volume restaurant kitchen and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards

• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment

• Assist with stocking following food deliveries

• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 17 years of age

• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

• Demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments

• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations

• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
