Multifamily Construction Assistant Superintendent - Walnut Creek

Our construction client is looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area. Assistant Construction Superintendent Responsibilities: Provide assistance with preparation of daily reports documenting the job site progress Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants, and the surrounding community Assist with QA/QC for the project Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program Assistant Construction Superintendent Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree 3+ years experience on construction projectsGround up multifamily and or senior living experience required Assistant Construction Superintendent Benefits: Salary: $140-160K Gas card for travel to sites Health/Dental/Vision coverage Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
