Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher meeting all Vermont state requirements
• Previous experience in K-8 special education preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work in-person (remote/virtual work not available for these positions)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and provide support-coaching for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school district guidelines
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and faculty to drive student success
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hrs/week, onsite at designated middle or elementary school
