If you like fast paced environments, solving problems, and making guests feel welcome, this is a strong opportunity to build hospitality experience with the Marriott brand.What You Will Do• Welcome guests and provide efficient, friendly check-in and check-out• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests• Answer phones and assist guests with information about the hotel and the York area• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally• Balance and manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly• Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and lobby area• Deliver the service standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotelWhat We Are Looking For• Friendly, outgoing personality• Strong communication and problem solving skills• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods• Dependable and punctual• Basic computer skills• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed• Hotel experience is helpful but not required.
