Part-Time RN: Medication Compliance & Staff Training Lead

Shine is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to lead medication compliance reviews and staff training across our California residential programs. The role focuses on aligning med dosages with physician orders, reducing over-prescription where appropriate, and providing clinical coaching to LVNs and DSPs.
