Level: Mid-Senior What will this person do?

This person will manage and support company collaboration tools such as:

• Google Workspace
• Slack
• Zoom
• Conference rooms / meeting-room technology
• User access and permissions
• Integrations with other company systems

They will also automate processes and troubleshoot issues .

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Create and manage users, groups, permissions, and access
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding
• Assign and remove software licenses
• Support conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV systems
• Connect collaboration tools with Okta, HR systems, ITSM, and security tools
• Troubleshoot issues with:
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • User access
  • Meetings
  • Conference rooms
• Use APIs, scripting, or automation tools to reduce manual work
• Create documentation and support procedures
• Help improve security and access controls

Must-Have Skills

The candidate must have :

1. Google Workspace administration
2. Slack OR Zoom administration
3. Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning
4. Experience with groups, permissions, and access management
5. Experience supporting conference rooms / AV / meeting-room technology
6. Experience with automation, APIs, or scripting
7. Good communication and troubleshooting skills
8. Ability to work onsite 5 days/week
