Active California Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing 1:1 outpatient physical therapy care, including evaluations ranging from 30 minutes to 60 minutes. Experience working in outpatient clinic settings is preferred.
