Job Summary Oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned Rehab Services & Child Life division, including staffing, scheduling, productivity or any other duties delegated from the Rehab Manager and/or Director. Assumes leadership responsibility for the area though goal setting and achievement. Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service. Minimum Qualifications Degrees: Bachelor's Degree in PT, OT, SP or Audiology. Licenses & Certifications: Texas licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech & Hearing/Communication Sciences. Work Experience: Four (4) years clinical experience in OT, PT or SP & Audiology Language Skills: Bilingual Skills in Spanish preferred: Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing /Composing: (Correspondence/Report) Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel Job Attributes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analytical, Medical Terms, Research Work Schedule: Flexible Equipment Operated: Knowledge of acquisition and operation of rehabilitation equipment and personal computer #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris Health System, Inc.
