Leasing Manager – Leading Community Experience Location: Brentwood, Houston Area Property Size: 350+ units (50% market rate; 50% affordable) Hourly: starting at $23/hour + renewal and leasing bonuses + benefits + housing discount At TI Communities , people are our most valuable asset. TI Communities manages workforce housing in densely populated communities and provides enrichment programs for the residents of the communities. The ideal candidate for this position: Has multifamily experience At least 2 years experience as a leasing consultant Experience ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and property regulations Possess the ability to inspire and engage their team Has proven track record of sales achievements Your Impact Lead and inspire the leasing team to deliver exceptional results and service Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies Create welcoming first impressions and meaningful resident connections Drive leasing performance through tours, follow-up, and sales excellence Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure leasing readiness of vacant homes Partner with the Property Manager on occupancy strategy and community goals Build community pride through events, outreach, and resident engagement Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents, prospects, and partners What We’re Looking For Multifamily leasing experience with a proven sales track record Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and engage a team Strong customer service mindset with leadership presence Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Comfort with property management technology (Entrata experience a plus) Competitive pay Lease bonus Renewal bonus Free Medical (employee plan) Dental, and Vision insurance 401k - matching up to 5% Paid time off Company-paid holidays (including birthday holiday!)
