Director of Food and Nutrition Hospital Operations Leader

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a growing, non-profit community hospital in middle Tennessee to recruit a Director of Food and Nutrition Services. This leadership role will own the entire service line, including clinical nutrition, patient dining, retail, production, staffing and budget.
The successful candidate will direct 103 employees, report to the COO, drive regulatory readiness and food safety, develop menus and quality standards, and collaborate across Nursing, Physicians, Facilities
