Plant Health Care & Integrated Pest Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lawn Fertilization and Pest control Manager to lead and grow our plant health care and pest control operations. 

We’re on a mission to take our plant health care division to the next level — and we need a high-

energy, bilingual, boots-on-the-ground leader to build, refine, and elevate our Fertilization,

Weed, Pest & Mosquito Control program.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You won’t just “manage.” You’ll lead, build, and elevate.

You will:

• Diagnose and treat plant health issues 

• Design customized treatment & preventative maintenance programs

• Oversee up to 10 Service Technicians (recruit, coach, train, mentor, repeat)

• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, HR

• Keep the CEO/Owners/GM in the loop on wins, challenges, and solutions

• Ensure services stay on schedule, on budget, and on point

• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Improve systems where they’re underdeveloped (yes, we’re being honest)

• Create SOP’s that help train 

• Represent the company professionally with clients and agencies

You’ll also ensure safety standards are followed, documentation is accurate, invoices are timely,

equipment is maintained, and production standards are met. In short: you’ll run the show for Plant

Health Care.
