Job Description Job Description Location: Wilmer, TX Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Line Leader for our warehouse packing operation. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or production environment and be able to effectively manage team performance, productivity, and quality standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required. Training Schedule All selected candidates must complete a mandatory training period: Training Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–4:00 AM Duration: 2 weeks After successful completion of training, the employee will transition to the regular weekend Line Leader schedule. Responsibilities Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards. Ensure packing lines operate efficiently and meet daily goals. Communicate expectations and provide guidance to team members. Assist with training new employees. Report production issues and work with management to resolve them. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous Line Leader, Team Lead, or related warehouse leadership experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work the required training and weekend schedules. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
