We're looking for a motivated Associate Maintenance Specialist to join our Facilities Team and build a rewarding career in Facilities Management. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of building systems and trades - from HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems to carpentry, groundskeeping and fire & life safety. You'll learn by doing, tackle real-world challenges, and develop technical skills and confidence to become a well-rounded Facilities professional while helping keep WSB's 17 locations safe, comfortable and operating at their best.At Waukesha State Bank, great service extends beyond our customers - it's part of everything we do. As an Associate Maintenance Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for our employees and customers throughout Waukesha County.
