As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Review in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter of the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by documenting observations, assisting with access control, and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
