Previous experience with Good Lab Practice.Education* Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent. Graduation from Phlebotomist Tech training program.* Preferred: Completion of some college level courses.Specialized Skills* Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Be a team player; ability to operate lab equipment and proficient in human venipuncture techniques. Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking judgment, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
