If you're an experienced SEC reporting professional who enjoys working independently and partnering with auditors and finance leadership, this role offers the visibility and responsibility to make an immediate contribution. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. Utilize NetSuite to support financial reporting, account analysis, and general ledger activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Support financial analysis, disclosures, and other reporting initiatives as needed. Qualifications Proven experience preparing SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs, for a public company. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and public company reporting requirements. Hands-on NetSuite experience in a financial reporting or accounting environment.
