At H&H, you'll join a firm that is building on its legacy by aligning expertise, expanding opportunity, and positioning itself for long-term, sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesServe as the on-site representative overseeing all construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, and NJTA standardsProvide leadership and direction to inspection staff, including assignment of duties, performance oversight, and quality control of field activitiesMonitor contractor performance, schedule progress, and adherence to project milestones; identify risks and implement corrective actions as neededAdminister construction contracts, including review and approval of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applicationsEnsure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, traffic control requirements, and environmental standardsCoordinate daily with contractors, design teams, NJTA representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project continuityMaintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, quantities, field measurements, and as-built recordsReview and verify construction quantities and support project controls, cost tracking, and forecasting activitiesFacilitate progress meetings and prepare status reports for senior management and client stakeholdersOversee inspection of materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standardsSupport dispute resolution and claims analysis, including documentation of field conditions and contractor impactsEnsure successful project closeout, including punch list completion, final documentation, and turnover to the owner
