Labor & Employment Attorney | Las Vegas | Hybrid
$150,000–$225,000 base + bonus
We're working with a leading employment practice seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its expanding Nevada team.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a combination of employment counseling and sophisticated litigation , without sacrificing work-life flexibility.
You'll advise employers on:
- Discrimination and harassment
- Leave and accommodation
- Reductions in force
- Employment policies and contracts
- EEOC and administrative matters
You'll also have the opportunity to handle litigation involving individual, class and collective claims.
- 2–8 years of labor & employment experience
- Strong client-facing and writing skills
