Shift and Compensation

• Pay & Schedule
  • $19/hour
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Overtime required as needed

Job Duties

• Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Operate sit-down forklift to safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility
  • Support warehouse and production flow by transporting and staging refurbished lawnmower crates
  • Maintain strong attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and safety-focused
  • Follow daily production schedules and track workflow across multiple stations
  • Assist with general warehouse and material handling tasks as needed
  • Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and squatting (up to 30 lbs)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Complete a forklift test (sorting, identifying, and scanning materials)
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Must pass background check (no theft, violence, or repeat offenses)
