Line Operator – Rotating Shifts Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Schedule: Rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts (Must be available for all shifts) Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work 2 weekends per month We Staff Better is currently hiring Line Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line equipment. Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals. Load materials and remove finished products from the production line. Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions. Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements. Qualifications Must be able to work a rotating schedule that includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . Must be available to work 2 weekends per month . Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.
