Litigation Paralegal 

Our client, a leading law firm in the downtown DTC area, seeks a 3 plus years experienced litigation paralegal to join our growing team. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification, and at least two years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal. A successful candidate will be a team-player and feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing their cases. Paralegals are responsible for: conducting investigations; research; collecting records; preparing and filing pleadings; case management, including calendaring, assistance with expert witnesses, trial preparation and trial. • Experience working as a paralegal in a litigation-focused legal environment.
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery practices, and trial support activities.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal document organization systems.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate legal materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate case records.
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys and other stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
