Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. This position is based in the Madison, WI campus and requires relocation with financial assistance. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Qualifications & Experience JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Strong academic and professional background. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
