Aerie - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

Your Role As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You uphold AEO Brand Standards, demonstrate an eye for merchandising, and maintain keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you are flexible and support your team and guests on the Salesfloor when needed. Above all, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Drive product movement by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Maintain the Stockroom’s operational efficiency by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with teammates, stepping in to help with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance. Prioritize safety by following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products.
