The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care Shift: Monday - Friday; Day Shift (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) plus 1 weekend per month Experience: 1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. Education: RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
