Job Title: HVAC Installer

This is a year-round position installing HVAC systems for residential new construction and commercial projects, with no on-call schedule and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Install HVAC systems for residential new construction and commercial projects

✅ Install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioning units, rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipment

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications

✅ Ensure installations meet local codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards

✅ Troubleshoot installation issues and verify proper system performance

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Collaborate with supervisors, team members, customers, and other trades on-site

✅ Work independently while managing multiple project priorities

Qualifications

✔ Previous HVAC installation experience

✔ Experience with residential new construction and/or commercial HVAC projects

✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

✔ Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and RTUs

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✔ Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

⭐ Leadership or crew lead experience

⭐ Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jamesville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
