Travel Advisor

Providing comprehensive travel services for business clients, the full-time remote Travel Advisor will manage arrangements for domestic and international travel, including air, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork. Key responsibilities Communicate with clients to determine travel needs and preferences, arranging all related services such as bookings and accommodations Utilize GDS and other booking tools to compute costs and manage travel reservations, ensuring quality control before ticketing Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors, providing consultative support and resolving any travel-related issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel counselor, specifically in corporate/business travel Experience with Sabre GDS is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
