Facebook Marketplace Management

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers.
• Coordinate order details, pickup schedules, and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to increase sales.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, professional, and up to date.

Email Marketing & Communications

• Create and send email blast campaigns to customers and prospects.
• Maintain and update customer email databases.
• Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
• Assist in developing promotional content and marketing messages.
• Help identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention.

Customer Service & Support

• Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Work with customers to negotiate buying and selling of merchandise.
