Sales Support Representative

Actively support sales consultants to meet or exceed quarterly and annual new home sales goals, contributing to Western Division's financial success.

Develop extensive knowledge of the Eagle construction process, the sales and purchase agreement process, and your community and product specifics.

Engage deeply with customers through Eagle's customized sales process designed to uncover motivations for a new home purchase (customized training provided).

Assist sales consultants with maintaining internal software systems used to report and manage community visits, follow up contact documentation.

Provide support to sales consultants in the generation of purchase agreements and actively assist in management of all aspects of the homebuyer journey.

Help sales consultants to generate prospective home purchaser leads through marketing, realtor outreach, community involvement and referrals.

Take the lead on keeping the appearance of your model home and quick-move-in homes clean and inviting.

Maintain supplies and marketing materials for your assigned model home. Manage flyers and signage that may frequently change.

Attend sales meetings, quarterly training, and community events with a commitment to support and grow your skill set.

Follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and provide superior customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to use/learn computer database software.

This position requires an energetic, charismatic, reliable and responsible individual.

Model homes are open Thursday-Monday. Must be available to work weekends.
