You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.77 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and/or vendor access, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site leadership according to security‑related procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and actions in required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Help to deter unauthorized access, maintain orderly traffic flow at entrances, and support security‑related operations by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, and/or transportation personnel. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
