Production Worker

Job Full Description

We are hiring production workers for a fiberglass manufacturing company in Richmond, CA. This is a direct hire position with all hires becoming union workers . This is a full-time role starting at $19.18/hr with an opportunity for growth once skills are learned. Full benefits plus pension available after 2 months.


We are seeking dependable and detail-ortiented production workers with a background in construction and drywall to support long hours in high volume fiberglass company.


Responsibilities/Duties/Requirements:

• Preferred skills include:
  • light construction skills, drywall, and framing skills and experience
• Ability to use tools such as, grinders, sanders, levels, tape measures and reading blueprints
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to do physical work, lots of standing required

Shift Schedule

• Applicants must be available to work long hours, including overtime and potentially overtime
  • Monday-Saturday: 6:00am-6:00pm
  • Availability to work Sundays if needed
